毕业于上海交通大学医学院，硕士研究生学历。曾在上海交通大学附属第六人民医院工作学习，擅长运用针灸结合中药治疗各种妇科及内外科常见疾病，其中尤以痛经、月经不调、更年期综合征、产后肥胖、产后恶露不尽、产后尿潴留、产后失眠、产后乳少、产后腰痛等妇产科疾病为擅长，同时对腰突症、颈椎病、肩周炎、网球时、骨性关节类、头痛、脘腹痛等病症有丰富的治疗经验。通过针灸与中草药治疗为主，辅以运动疗法、配合饮食起居、情志调理等手段科学健康地达到调理亚健康状态及治疗疾病的目的，广受患者好评。至今已发表核心期刊论文数篇，其中SC1一篇，研究生起即参与上海市局级课题，获专利一项。

A Master's graduate of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, I previously trained and worked at its affiliated Sixth People's Hospital. I specialize in integrating acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine to treat a wide range of gynecological, internal, and surgical conditions. My particular expertise lies in gynecological disorders, including dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation, perimenopausal syndrome, postpartum obesity, persistent lochia, postpartum urinary retention, postpartum insomnia, insufficient lactation, and postpartum lower back pain. I also have extensive experience managing conditions like lumbar disc herniation, cervical spondylosis, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, osteoarthritis, headaches, and abdominal pain. My therapeutic approach centers on acupuncture and herbs, complemented by exercise therapy, dietary guidance, and emotional regulation to scientifically and holistically restore health and address suboptimal wellness. This integrated methodology has earned widespread patient acclaim. My academic contributions include several publications in core journals, one of which is SCI-indexed, participation in municipal-level research projects since my postgraduate studies, and the granting of one patent.
